Why every time I apply for a job on indeed no one replies wether it’s to say no or yes you got the job no email nothing. Aren’t they suppose to email me back letting me know the status.

Hired for one position and placed in a $2 an hour leaser position

I was put in a scheduling phone bank, that was micromanaged down to the 30 seconds, when I agreed to work for $2 more an hour as a surgery scheduler. I was only allowed restroom breaks during allotted 10 minutes morning and afternoon and breaks were put out in an email so we could compare who was on break more. Another problem I have is I get messages every day from employers who send me a message saying they think I would be good for their position but when I apply I never hear anything back from them
