I'm a political science major, but the indeed algorithm worked ended up recommending a job I never would have considered: pre-school teacher aid. I can now say I've had my first job interview and now job.

My experience was good because indeed…

My experience was good because indeed gave me servers different jobs to choose from and different filters to match my schedule.

Employment

I feel as though the tagging and search system does not adequately allow me to find positions with my qualifications. If Employers had to fill out boxes with qualifications, similar to the skills section that job-seekers need to fill out, it would result in more efficient job searching and job filling, especially if those pre-sets were from the exact same pool.

I’m finding a lot of company’s on here have exstreamly old adds cause it is cheeper to run the add yearly then only when you need it and when a job seeker is desperate like me he sends his resume and gets no response it’s because they are either not hiring or there gathering resumes to get qualified for lmia cause they say there is no one and then hire cheeper it needs to stop

I am needing to hire ASAP. I was asked to submit documentation of the validity of the company. I did this. I didn’t hear anything back. So I asked for an update. Then I was told my issue would be better handled by the client success team. So I reached out to them. They told me they would expedite my issue and have someone get in touch with me regarding my submission as there was no information as to why it was rejected listed.
