I have put in application for many of the listed and “recommended” job offers. Marjorie’s of the time 1:2 things happen. First, the company may not even know the application was finished. Second, you never receive a response after weeks of waiting .

Good job listings, very few responses.

I like most of the job listings and preferences. The problem I have is these companies either don't respond back, and/or never even read the application or resume. At the very least, they should respond in some manner. Also, some of your listings are recurrent, which means these jobs are available for too long, weren't removed, or the employer is questionable.
