Good job listings, very few responses.

I like most of the job listings and preferences. The problem I have is these companies either don't respond back, and/or never even read the application or resume. At the very least, they should respond in some manner. Also, some of your listings are recurrent, which means these jobs are available for too long, weren't removed, or the employer is questionable.

How competent this company is

I will talk about the like ones, in fact this company is doing well in terms of the advertising and how fast this company responds to you in terms messaging and feedback
