I used to love indeed but now with integration of AI and if I choose to opt out of having my applications reviewed by AI means my application will be listed as "not available" makes the use of the indeed platform useless. We might as well go back to filling out paper applications and wasting more time going to and calling every business we apply to.

Indeed just like any other resource is dependent on how well it is utilized. I have been hired through indeed now twice and have received many opportunities. I love how easy it is to find open opportunities, but it is also easy to get passed over, miss deadlines and mix up communication. I believe in utilizing both Indeed and showing up in person

Indeed makes it easy to find and apply for jobs. A couple of things that would make it better would be ability to filter by salaried versus hourly jobs, and ability to show that you are not actively looking for a job so recruiters and hiring managers know whether or not to reach out.
