When using filters

When using filters, the app does not apply. Example, I indicated 25 mile radius yet I get offers 50-69 miles away; salary requirements are not what I have filtered. I am being sent jobs posted 30 days+ when I filtered 3 days. I am not a Registered Nurse and I continue receiving jobs with that requirement. Many if not all of the job alerts I receive are not in my filters.
