Where is the Employer Response?

I have never heard back from a job that I have applied for on indeed. I get a lot of hits they say they found my resume on indeed to nothing more after I click the I am interested button and sending numerous resumes.

Not fast enough

As an alternative job seeker I found their systems take up and waste too much of my time. In a competitive target orientated world. They slow you down. Too many employers place ads that then have a lot of monitions screening questions and long winded tests . To shift through , sometimes the requirements are not clearly specified in the front of house part of the job advert . I want to put through a high number of applications and not waste my time on tests set up by a bot , Which I only ...

I got a scammed

The last job I applied for through indeed and got hired for was a scam and they took a lot of personal information and hacked my computer and now my personal info and the social security number have been leaked. Do better indeed!

You have a screening tool

You have a screening tool, that prevents you from seeing jobs you are not interested in. However, you ask a million questions, do you have this license, do you have this skill, and you mark no. and you still get the same jobs offers over and over, even though you are outside of the demographics. You change the demographics to not receive jobs out of that range, but you still send them over and over. We have hired over 20 individuals through Indeed. We are a small organization and took a chance to use your platform. Your customer service is excellent and very helpful. Some challenges are we receive e-mails that a candidate has applied for a position however, when we look through Indeed's list for that or all positions we cannot locate that candidate.
