They dont do what I ask for

They have choices of area and distance, but when I specified that I don't want specific areas or distance they still show them. Also, if I delete a job it says that I won't see them again, Wrong!, I see the same jobs and spend half my time deleting them time after time.

Not all there

I keep being shown positions/jobs that I am either: not qualified for, have not expressed actual interest in, I have said no to it previously but it is still shown, or within the pay range I’m looking for, and most positions lately have issues with applying bc it gets stuck loading/goes blank and I click another and it works fine, and positions that have been closed/expired are still being shown as if it hasn’t been closed. I’m not convinced they even have jobs to advertise! They want you to do assessments even though a company hasn’t even viewed the job application? They state the employer has requested? No they didn’t! You’re messing about with confidential information that job seekers are providing. My teenagers have applied for dozens of jobs and done those silly assessments and heard nothing from anyone. If you want to blame the employers, vet the employers better that’s what you’re for. Interviewer showed up 50 minutes late. Ad says they're hiring a kitchen manager and they're actually looking for a cook. Lied about hours a week. Way less than 40 a week.
