Email through Indeed is very clunky and…
Email through Indeed is very clunky and it can make it difficult for me to share things like word documents with candidates. I'd also like additional reasons for why someone is rejected for a position. For example, I advertise for a position requiring attention to detail and their resume is filled with errors. There isn't a selection in the drop down menu of that captures this rejection reason.

I found the position I was looking for within weeks of using Indeed. I got more success with interviews than I did using any other job site. I found the indeed app incredibly helpful from searching specific fields to researching on a potential employer.

Loved the alerts for new job postings
I was very appreciative of the alert emails from Indeed when a position I might be interested in was posted. I am just not sure the filters are very accurate - I assume the website searches for certain words on resumes to see if someone might qualify for a job - but I received many that I did not qualify for. But I am not sure you can really make that anymore accurate - either way - good experience.

I appreciated for the most part, the ability to look at jobs, have a good description and detail about what was required and what to expect should I apply. I was only looking for part time work and minimum hours as I am retired and just need some additional income to cover unexpected expenses. So got frustrated some at companies reaching out to me with full time jobs as if I wanted to start a whole new career at my age. Where were they when I was young .
