I recently called to talk to someone and complain about a business that offered me a job then went and told me I wasn't hired. On my first day the day they told me to show up. They told me to wait I did and then was told the lead driver didn't like me basically. And that's the reason I didn't get hired. And they didn't know why I was told I got the job. I had filled out all the on boarding info.

The filters could be more specialized

The filters are a good way to weed through undesired positions and if they added categories for LEGAL, MEDICAL, CDL required, and LICENSE or CERTIFICATION required, that would be a huge benefit for job seekers. Overall the platform was an easy way to view all jobs available. I did find by clicking "thumbs down" on a specific job then "update job preferences" and "not interested" for that company, type of job, or location, didn't matter because they still came up time after time.

Finding Jobs here is easy

Finding Jobs here is easy. The only complaint I have is. I can't disable OTR truck driver jobs

Im a small business with 25 employees…

Im a small business with 25 employees and we look after good employees - good employees arent in the business of leaving good reviews on the company they work for but bad employees are and that leads to a slanted view on the website - indeed will not turn off reviews therefore ive left indeed - simple

Great app for job searching

Easy to find jobs on their job board that I qualify for. The app makes it convenient and very simple to use and keep track of jobs applied for and you can even save jobs to view later.
