I like how things are easily searched, however,

I like how things are easily searched. However, so many employers never get back to you. Especially when they still have job openings and you know you are a good fit. I dislike how the job descriptions are not the most accurate as well as salary or commission. Many posts exaggerate what you can make. Plus one job I applied to was based in Mahwah, NJ but meetings took place way down in Edison NJ. Never mentioned in their job description of where home office was.
