I’ve found 80% of my jobs on indeed

I’ve found 80% of my jobs on indeed. They have the best selection of jobs in my area and I have always been at the places of employment 1+ years. Even when I am not currently looking for new employment, I will sometimes still come on the app to see what is new. I also love the resume feature and how easy it is to apply quickly for jobs using it. I have tried other employment apps, but this is always the one I keep going back to.

Reapplying Unexperienced Applicants, that have already been rejected from previous positions.

I do not like that the exact same people can continue to apply for a position that they don't have the experience required......every single time we post a job. Once they get rejected. That's it. That takes a lot of my time. I have to go thru all of them at the beginning & reject all of them. Plus we get charged for them. This creates huge issues & wastes a lot of our time.

Convenient & Efficient - Minor Upgrades Needed

The Indeed platform is convenient and efficient. Customer service has been excellent on the rare occasion of a few minor issues. I will say that the elimination of the pay per application model is a mistake. In the case of our posting the paid ad approach fails in that it generates a large number of applicants that do not follow the instructions clearly stated in the posting. It then wastes our time resource tracking and rejecting applicants that don't even complete their application ...

good tools but no results

good tools but no results I like your interface and tools, but guys got through to my screen by saying they have the experience I require - but they dont. I also dont like the extortion baked into this business where I have to pay more to get noticed.

So disappointed in this job board

So disappointed in this job board. I honestly don’t understand how an account for a professional recruitment firm could be blocked before we had chance to even contact candidates and/or upload positions on their portal. I tried to contact their customer support team and their response was “our decision is final”. It makes no sense how a recruitment firm cannot freely use one of the largest job boards? We are fortunate to have over 30 + positions that need advertising within a short period ...

over charge

I had 2 postings up for 2 weeks and you charged me $ 551.00 for 51 clicks that is insane. I only received 4 applicant's and interviewed 1 and yet I still get charged. I WILL NEVER use indeed again. And i could not close my account
