"Fast and easy"

What do you like best about Incident IQ? it is fast to learn the system and easy to maneuver around. . What do you dislike about Incident IQ? The thing i dislike about incident iq is the search tool seems a bit limited. . Recommendations to others considering Incident IQ: take time to learn the system What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you? the problem i am solving with incident iq are checking in and out student la[tops and keeping track of there fees.. .

What do you like best about Incident IQ? I like the ease of everything! It's very simplistic. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? I wish there were more customizable options but I'm sure more is to come. What problems is Incident IQ solving and how is that benefiting you? Definitely solving the issue of not knowing what computer belongs to who.

"Liking what we see so far!"

What do you like best about Incident IQ? I like the response via email the best. This keeps the requester informed and up to date. I also like the aspect of just needing to send an email. What do you dislike about Incident IQ? In the emailed responses, there is a lot of extraneous stuff. It is a little difficult to read through for the latest message/current status.
