I've been using ImprovMX for some time. I really like the simplicity of the service in regards to their inbounding rules. There are just way too many problems with their service. Email's not being forwarded, duplicated webhooks and downtimes. Lately I realize that all mails send from outlook wasn't being forwarded. According to their log, no errors or nothing. The customers that were affected by this, send me a copy of the response, and outlook was blacklisted by ImprovMX. Meaning all ...

Not recommended

Not really sure their server is as secure as they claimed because I noticed some IPs from public hosting easily distinguishable from their own infrastructure. Meanwhile they kill off the free plan I'm using by limiting only 1 domain per account, then kept advertising their "secret" plan to me ($6 per month for basically what I got for free before). I understand they have to make money but do you realize their MX servers get really good reputation being pointed to by so many domains? That is ...

What do you like best about ImprovMX? Best value for money I've found, in my use case (half a dozen domains, around thirty total aliases). The configuration is really simple, the UI is easy to move around, which is important for something I only used occasionally.

What do you like best about ImprovMX? I have always hated setting up email redirections for domains; it's always been a complicated and uncertain process. Not so with ImprovMX! Everything just works. Single click, straight out of the box. Straightforward instructions for first-time domain setup, that work every time. Simple tools to test you've done it correctly. Then you can just set it and forget it, and let it do its thing. It's exactly what I always needed.

What do you like best about ImprovMX? Super easy way to set up email forwarding / manage email forwarding when your webhost doesn't support email forwarding (Wix, etc). Easy for customers to understand, too, if you pass it along to them after configuration.
