What do you like best about iplicit? Automations of month-end and simplicity of the platform What do you dislike about iplicit? When Sandbox is carried over it makes SSO mandatory - we then have to contact support to remove this from the sandbox. Takes time for both us and Iplicit support

What do you like best about iplicit? The support team have been excellent in resolving queries and the team have found using the system easier and the performance of the system is excellent. I am looking forward to using the AI/Inttelligence areas in the future as we continue to use Iplicit. What do you like best about iplicit? Automation tools, such as OCR, workflows and document imports reduces manual workload. Iplicit are constantly looking for improvements and innovations to improve the customer experience. What do you dislike about iplicit? As a charity, there are improvements that could be made to the 'fund accounting' elements. The excel tool especially could be improved to allow multi-attribute budgets to be pulled directly from Iplicit in to excel.

Having to refresh certain pages - e.g. on sending invoices to AI they do not just pop up ...On opening an attached invoice it is not easy to see the data entry screen underneath the attachment (Purchases)

What do you like best about iplicit? I really appreciate the system’s flexibility and the importance they place on meeting their customers’ needs. What do you like best about iplicit? Reporting is much better than before. Expenses are easy to process. What do you dislike about iplicit? The budgeting tool does not allow for reporting by cost centre and account code.Some issues with the Purchase Orders and GRN.Forecasting function is missing.

What do you like best about iplicit? I use iplicit for all my daily finance needs, including raising invoices, purchase invoices, sending reminder letters, and using bank feeds. I appreciate the AP automation and the importing function for mass journals and invoices. These features significantly reduce the amount of copying and pasting from external spreadsheets, leaving less room for error and increasing the efficiency of our work since we don't spend so much time on everything.
