What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The Impartner PRM has an interface that is easy to use and allows a lot of customization to fit the specific needs of your organization. I like that I am able to have everything sync with Salesforce and allow my partners to have visibility into the deals that we are working together, while also giving our company line of sight into the opportunities that our partners have. What do you like best about Impartner PRM? We love the workflow automation that Impartner has. It has helped us trigger certain segmentation and emails appropriately. "Partner Locator helps quite a bit"

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? We needed something for end clients to access our 3rd party implementers and we got the partner locator tool added on to our contract. We are so thankful it the partner info is editable by our partners. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? The reporting is terrible to be honest. What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The admin interface is intuitive and offers a range of prebuilt user flows. We are currently using the Standard PRM interface with Salesforce integration and the Partner Locator module.
