The configuration pages for Approvals and Workflows are not that intuitive. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Impartner PRM makes the onboarding experience for partners easy.

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? I think I appreciate the tools ability to mold to what the business need is in the moment and provide the ability to grow and develop. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Newer customer. Not ready to start saying what I don't like need to take more time in the platform What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Customer interface, loyalty, MDF, co branded marketing

"Wish to have user friendly Visualization and Reporting module with Customizable Dashboards."

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? Automated workflow with onboarding processing. Great customer support team with prompt TAT. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Paid for services which did not received. No library with formulas to use in Chsnnel Intel. Only one video/training. Limited visualization. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Partners Onboarding process automation.

What do you like best about Impartner PRM? The customization capabilitie and the growth track. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM? Implementation has been a little slow, seemingly due to resource shortage on Impartner's end. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Exclusive database to store and manage our partners as our other applications/tools do not accommodate this well.

There is room for improvement on the flexibility of the certifications and also the journeys module. What problems is Impartner PRM solving and how is that benefiting you? It is allowing us to easily provide different enablement materials for partners and monitor joint business opportunities.

Feature-rich platform that provides us the flexibility to fully customize our partner experience from the point of onboarding through co-branded marketing and deal registration. Plus, our CSM, Jared Martin, has been extremely accessible, supportive, and invested in our success. What do you dislike about Impartner PRM?
