Review of Image Relay
What do you like best? What I like best about Image Relay are the sharing abilities. It's been a major help to be able to create photo collections and share a link with people both inside and outside of my organization. The options for uploading/organization/tagging photos are also amazing. What do you dislike? I believe the search feature could be improved. No real complaints. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As mentioned above, it's a ...

Dam it feels good to be a gangster
What do you like best? I like to have all my resources in one central location and this does a great job at displaying everything. We are able to put all kinds of files up here and share with our coworkers as well as clients. What do you dislike? I do not like the tagging aspect of it. A lot of our photos are stock and have tags built in bit a lot are custom shots from photo shoots we have and its a full time job to get everything tagged. I know it is a necessary evil but no one has gone ...

Well thought out and easy to use
What do you like best? The search functions and folder options are many, and very easy to use. I use many different image hosting sites, and I like having both search functions/folder options, rather than some that only have one or the other. Plus no matter the brand, it's fairly easy to find any options, no matter how they arrange the site differently. And when downloading images, it keeps the file name the same, which some do not and it's very important and helpful to my job when I ...

Great Experience
What do you like best? The user interfaces are self-explanatory and easy to use. When I share the folders or files with internal staff and external partners, they have no problem accessing the assets. What do you dislike? I'd say the "Add a New Version, Replace Thumbnail and Add Attached file" button is not easy to find. The "..." is not clear enough to explain what it means when we mouse over it. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would say it's been a great ...

User-friendly, great for collaborative work
What do you like best? I like that Image Relay allows our team to compile images in an organized and effective manner. I work at a small, private college that has a lot of events hosted by the college itself and also individual organizations. We have a team of students who take photos and videos of events around campus for us to use on our website, in social media, in news stories, and print pieces around campus. Because of how we're able to organize our files in Image Relay, we never have ...

Very user friendly and professional.
What do you like best? I truly appreciate the easy navigation on the platform, either for our organization or for our clients. I also find the interface to be clear and modern, which makes it very professional. Finally, I'm glad that the quality of the images stays the same. What do you dislike? The time of downloads could be a little bit faster. There's nothing that I would change, I think that Image Relay remains a great tool for our business. What problems are you solving with the ...

Image Relay works for me--it's easy to upload, sort, and manage files from many different sources.
What do you like best? It's very useful to have an image archive accessible via the web, and Image Relay makes it easy to search the archive with keywords and tags. The web interface is also really easy to use, with intuitive navigational menus, easy-to-see organizational hierarchy, and large thumbnails that give me a great sense of the assets I want to use without having to sort through each and every one individually. What do you dislike? I'd like to be able to batch download all the ...
