What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)? Being new to renting our property, IGMS was exactly what we were looking for to consolidate all calendars into one location, automate responses and check up on things in one centralized location. IGMS does exactly what we need it to do so that managing bookings for my property is easy! Communication with them has been great and they are always willing to answer my questions and offer help as needed.

Very helpful platform. Helps save me a lot of time and headaches (ie, double bookings). Allows me to efficiently manage my properties.

What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)? Overall, we've had a great experience with the platform. As hosts of a busy lake house it's been great to have a snapshot on that platform as well as VRBO. It's easy to use and super intuitive. Overall super happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone hosting on multiple platforms.

What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)? I will always be grateful to the template option of iGMS for chatting easily and rapidly with guests and also to the option of giving partial access to the property's owner/manager/cleaner... in few words, the team function

What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)? This system allows for me to manage 9 rental properties as easily as managing 1. It links AirBnB and VRBO seamlessly and automates reviewing and notifying guests of any info I was having to manually send out. A MUST HAVE!

Excellent property management system…

Excellent property management system for your short term rentals. They also have great customer support. I have 6 properties on iGMS now and I'm very happy with how easy it is to use, and how much time it has saved me. The cleaner coordination alone is a dream come true. I have recommended iGMS to all my friends that have short term rentals and I highly recommend it to you.

Overall, we've had a great experience with the platform. As hosts of a busy lake house it's been great to have a snapshot on that platform as well as VRBO. It's easy to use and super intuitive. Only call-out is sometimes something goes wonky where it's not blocked and is actually booked on VRBO and it's showing open on AirBnB. it's only happened 2-3 times out of close to 100 bookings so overall super happy with the experience and would recommend to anyone hosting on multiple platforms.
