Extremely high priced since 1/11/2019 Stopped using it. Not worth it, more useful products in the market.

Perfect for smaller businesses

While I wasn’t initially completely convinced that this would be the tool for my business, I’ve quickly come to rely on iGMS for many of my routine tasks. It’s great if your goal is to automate your communication and reviews. If you’re a startup, their Free pricing plan is very attractive and possibly just what you need.

Limited and unreliable connections to OTAs, dodgy iCal connections, poor customer service, no UK telephone number.

We have been customers of iGMS for quite some time. Double bookings coupled with a customer service team that doesn't read or address your complaints this was a very poor experience indeed. When we had numerous double bookings Vlad the CTO promised us heavily subsidised use of the software until the direct API integration into Booking.com was complete. What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)? I enjoy that all aspects work effortlessly. I am able to change what I need to change & numbers in the spreadsheet section are accurate. The automation is perfect & the whole process is super simple to set up.

What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)? I came to AirGMS first to be able to share calendar information with our housekeeping people, after having issues with google calendar. I also think I'll really like all the messaging templates once I get them set up. I know there's lots more to explore. Thanks!

What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)? This application literally has fixed every issue I have had with Airbnb and VRBO integration. It seemlessly integrates them. The automated messages are awesome as well as the cleaning task feature. Instead of manually updating my maid she has access to all my calendars and gets a notification every time someone books. I estimate that this app will save me 500 hrs and I have four properties.

What do you like best about iGMS (formerly AirGMS)? Communication platform with multiple account. The template generator are easy to use. It's easy to leave reviews in bunch but I miss the time where we could see if a guest already left us a review, or not.
