More flexibility allowed me to increase revenue

I switched to iGMS because it allowed me to use the pricing tool I preferred. I primarily book through Airbnb, but there is the ability to add in a lot of booking channels. I also like that I can do direct bookings to repeat guests.

IGMS is solid

I really like IGMS and have used them for over a year. Solid company, and they make managing my vacation rentals much easier than it would be without them. Thanks guys!

Best tool for Vacaiton rental

We have been using the tool from the very beginning and very much pleased with their functionalities, ongoing improvements and fantastic support. Our firm is in Hawaii where vacation rental business has a very high volume and turn around. this tool has been stressed tested by us and we recommend it to anybody who want to automate the management ranging from a few units to hundreds.

PROS: I am the Head of the Guest Support Team with BnbCare and I've been using AirGMS for almost a year. Managing over 50 properties is very easy with AirGMS. Multi-calendar gives the full picture of reservations and cleanings, adding templates and setting some of them to be sent automatically helps us to respond quickly to the general questions and inquiries, the possibility of writing individual "to-do" notes for each booking helps me to make sure no detail is missed. I've been using iGMS for a few years, and it's the essential software for my work. Our company is managing 50+ Airbnb listings, and it's very convenient to have all the accounts and all the listings available in one place. I especially like how the inbox section is organized and how you can add templates for all the listings you manage as well as for one particular listing (i.e. check-in details). Using it for almost two years now.

Using it for almost two years now. The most I like their automation messages for my Airbnbs and automatic notifications for my cleaners every time I get a booking.

Awful!

Awful!! DO NOT USE THE FREE PERIOD UNLESS YOU WANT TO STAY WITH THEM.Signed up for the free period to see how the app was and if it was worth us getting and combining calendars. It wasn't worth the fees as it's free through Airbnb when you dig a little deeper.I left the app there after less than a day but somehow after the FREE period they started to change all our booking prices and reduced everything, undid our smart pricing and ruined the lot!!!They don't answer the phone only online ...
