What do you like best about iDeals Virtual Data Room? I like the clean and uncluttered interface, the logging of activities either by groups, persons and up to files! Whatever is done on a file is well recorded and has done a lot for our team to know who did what. I like the Q&A although our partners don't use it much but it is one facility that will prove useful at a later stage in our negotiations.

iDeals is an extremely intuitive due diligence platform that also meets with great approval among our clients and on the buyer side.

Fantastic VDR platform

We've used several VDR platforms. Some are working fine but lack functionality. Others have plenty of functionality but have constant errors. Ideals has all the necessary functionality, has simple UI and works perfectly well. We've not encountered any issued yet. Truly recommend.

Fast environmental setup from iDeals technitians. Very good support. Free one month trial that you can use for real project and just continue to use it as paid version. Simple to use but have everything you need. Simple user invitation and registration.

IDeals is a really easy to use, simple and straight forward data room product. It is so important that the technology does not get in the way of the deal - IDeals manages to do this seamlessly. In these times of remote working, online data rooms are the only way to keep the transaction moving.

iDeals Virtual Data Room (VDR) offers affordable and flexible service. The price is reasonable, and the pricing is storage-based, rather than user-based, It is good for flexible design. It has good control of users and nice reporting function. The help desk responds very quickly and finds out the problem. Impressive. Only two things to be improved. 1) Speed.
