"very easy and intuitive"
What do you like best? the interactions betweewn office and Huddle. What do you dislike? In some times could be slow, we can not backup as HTML (activecollab can) Recommendations to others considering the product: great tool and all the information of the projects is there... "Excellent tool for collaboration"
What do you like best? Ability to track who views and edits documents. Accessible from any platform. What do you dislike? Frequently changes page layouts. The mechanism for locking files is not foolproof. We still have overwrites of data. Recommendations to others considering the product: Organizational leaders have to demand implementation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better alignment of team members and better accountability.

"A useful resource"
What do you like best? Convenient locations for accessing a vast quantity of stored resources. I find it easy to use and efficient. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I find it very convenient. What do you like best? Great way to organize documentation for team. What do you dislike? Need to be able to transfer documents from one workspace to another more easily. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great place to store documents for team to do their research and come up with information to contribute to the project.

What do you like best? Ease of access and security. Also, the ability to communicate with many parties. What do you dislike? Not seeing files/folders in a more upfront/in-your-face way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Communicating securely from many areas across the U.S. in addition to having continued access to important documents and recordings.

"Efficient and user friendly"
What do you like best? I like the way the workspaces are set up, that you can collaborate with folks in multiple countries. I also like that all the version of a document can be referenced at any time. What do you dislike? When traveling abroad especially to China it can get slow. "Happy Customer since 2008"
What do you like best? Easy collaboration in a secure, cloud based, environment. Easy to navigate and share documents. Like the constant strives to improve the system. What do you dislike? Not much. Just wish more of our volunteers would use it more regularly. Not sure what they are frightnened of. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Security of personal information and documentation. Bypassing the need for remote users to contact the office hub.
