"Huddle - almost..."
What do you like best? The Huddle Desktop app is becoming genuinely useful and the web interface is OK. They support SAML so we can integrate with identity providers like OKTA What do you dislike? Not always reliable, and slows down mid-late afternoon UK time for us (presumably when the US West Cost start work). We find the task management support virtually useless - if it was made more document-related it would be much better. Lack of admin visibility to deleted documents and the lack of ...

"Great product for Enterprise Collaboration over Cloud"
What do you like best? Huddle is an excellent on-line service in project management for managing files and folders. Logical organization of space and easy to use interface makes it a cakewalk to manage files and folders at one place. It uses a simple structure based on project folder containing sub folders. A person accessing files located in these sub folders needs permission. This feature does not allow any unwanted person to access information. It has an excellent feature i.e. version ...

"All the wrong features"
What do you like best? Availability was never a problem, we used it for ~6 years What do you dislike? The "approval" process for a document was never good enough or simple enough for my clients. Their entire directory structure needs an overhaul, They don't allow recursive searching for files, only within a single directory or at a project level, and those options are in ...

"Huddle Review"
What do you like best? The document control and sharing function of huddle are fantastic, simple and easy to use. What do you dislike? Only one person can use and edit a document at any one time. The access control function is slow and out of date, involving users to manually input individuals email address for each workspace. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing information

"Cloud collaboration"
What do you like best? This is an easy to use and manage document sharing and collaboration tool. It provides an easy to manage, project-oriented collaboration system. It's an improvement over google docs and a lot easier to manage than sharepoint. You get document management with versioning and workflow, forums, whiteboards, tasks and share calendars. What do you dislike? Dropbox-style synchronization is only available for Windows, the OSX client is coming soon. I'd prefer to have wikis ...
