We like TRIRIGA!

What do you like best? TRIRIGA is a very useful tool for our clients; one that we like consulting with. We have especially loved making our perceptive application data visualization tool. What do you dislike? TRIRIGA is not a very user intuitive tool, and ultimately makes it difficult for end users to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are helping out clients with data visualization issues with our product Kurve Core.

New User

What do you like best? It is necessary to be compliant and our old lease and space system was unsupported. What do you dislike? The clunkiness and user experience is not good. The FASB reporting and JE entries are not working properly. Reservation Manager does not work with outlook. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? FASB regulation, space planning, lease admin, O&M. Too soon to determine benefits.

Space Assessment

What do you like best? The new UX functionality is very user friendly and a light version of Tririga which the user like most What do you dislike? slowness from Internet Explorer browser. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Space Assessment, The Facility Managers are now updating the Space on ipads which is directly updating the space instead of in paper and manually updating later in the system. Saves time.

Great product

What do you like best? Mature product that is consistently evolving, broad focus, ai & perceptive apps What do you dislike? Too difficult to access specific out of the box functionality - how is it supposed to work? Do I have a bug or is it in need of future development to address issues encountered. What do you like best? We have just started using the Tririga product to automate our maintenance work order process, it is a easy to use and to customize according to our needs. We are hoping to go live in June 2019 and looking forward to it. What do you dislike? Took a little longer than expected to launch the product, also the approval process in the trriga system has many issues due to licencing. Lease Admin still needs some work

What do you like best? I generally like the look of the system. What do you dislike? Overall system performance, inability to create custom reports that run in a reasonable timeframe, inability to calculate CPI, complexity entering leases with midmonth escalation dates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? From a lease admin perspective, we have only created more manual processes and complexity, the benefits are more related to accounting.
