What do you like best? The best feature is that it is web-based. I can access my information anywhere in the world and on my phone and tablet. What do you dislike? What do you like best? TRIRIGA allows us to streamline our financial statement lease accounting disclosure process and readily report future cash flows related to our global lease portfolio. What do you dislike? Intermittent slowness and excessive processing time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using TRIRIGA as a solution for our lease accounting compliance under US GAAP and IFRS as well as lease administration.

What do you like best? Easily customized.and able to perform many aspects of the Facilities Maintenance needs. We are currently running on an old application and platform but upgrading to get new more powerful application.
