What do you like best? Strange as it may seem, the IBM name and Watson carries a lot of value. From a business partner perspective this is one of the most attractive aspects to partnering with IBM. What do you dislike? When setting up our own cloud accounts the process turned out to be somewhat unclear or cumbersome. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing a cloud solution / analytics for data we already capture from BAS systems.

What do you like best? The ability to manage real estate, facilities, and other operational activities in one place. What do you dislike? The documentation is very poor, making it hard for end-users to understand the full scope of functionality What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? enterprise tool for IWMS data. Integrates data from all funcational offices What do you dislike? UI isn't always modern. Finding IT services are hard to find. TRIRIGA Accounting system

What do you like best? Just finished up Q1 for 2019 with the TRIRIGA product. We are very happy with the software. This was our first quarter to use the Reports. What do you dislike? 1. Need to be able to modify payment streams that are not included in amortization without having to flow back through Accounting. Thus, to revise the lease and not have it flow to Accounting to activate. This will cut down on all the pass through items in Accounting as it has no accounting impact. 2. ...

All around good IWMS

What do you like best? TRIRIGA is a mature IWMS with solid features . The flexibility to conform to unique business needs makes TRIRIGA an excellent option for those with specific needs. What do you dislike? The weakest part of the app is the newest module to be developed, which is the lease accounting functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Over the past year most of the solutions have been lease accounting related.

Great Program

What do you like best? I am excited about a program focused on leases. We currently use a contract management software to track our leases. This has presented some obvious limitations. I look forward to the functionality and reporting cababilities that TRIRIGA offers. What do you dislike? I struggle with some of the fuctionality of the system.
