Good Real Estate System

What do you like best? Tririga is a really good database for lease records - it holds lots of information and reporting is fairly easy. What do you dislike? It requires alot of customizing for lease accounting and is sometimes very slow. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We now are able to report on all real estate leases and are kept in one central place. This is great for the 10k reporting.

Tririga has met and exceeded my expectations.
