"Best modeling tool to get this off to a quick start"
What do you like best about IBM SPSS Modeler? You barely need any knowledge of coding to be able to use SPSS Modeler. Just with a little bit of know-how of things, you can already start building prediction and segmentation models. It's super light-weight so most of the models you can run on the laptop instead of having to deploy them on a server. Drag and drop interface, and connecting together the data flow is amazing.

"Easy To Use, However Limited Customizations"
What do you like best about IBM SPSS Modeler? It is very easy to use. Easenes of SPSS to read diagrams and logic provides better understanding over complex algorithms. I use it everyday for customer segmentation. Algorithms are more readable and easy to adapt. Also I love SQL pushback of this amazing tool.

"Antiquated and clunky"
What do you like best about IBM SPSS Modeler? Not much, Modeler did all the things you could do just leveraging a script-language like R or Python. It even has "nodes" for those languages. I guess it's slightly easier to share assets created in this enviorn w/ non-technical folks?
