What do you like best? The analytics are very accurate and detailed. What do you dislike? It was difficult to install and ran into some incompatibility with our version of Java Recommendations to others considering the product: no recommendations What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to track what documents and articles users view on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

I have been working in BI Cognos from past 14 years and it's been good the Operaional reporting and mutidimensional analysis and we are looking more towards dashboards in current version. What do you like best? The user interface is fairly easy to use. I been using the product for about 1 week. However, I have used other products as ArcGis and Tableu. I feel that they are all related. But I feel I need more experience with Cognos. What do you dislike? Recommended graphs and charts. Some of the recommended graphs and charts were not what I wanted. What I like about Cognos
What do you like best? Cognos is an easy to use solution for tradional BI and reporting. Features are stable and provide consistent results. What do you dislike?
