Even better than the on premise version of the software

Painful upgrade on prem
What do you like best? I like the new UI, and the new modules - like explore, dashboard and AI assistant What do you dislike? the change from js to custom js controls was sudden & painful, and writing custom controls does not have good documentation What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am looking at call center data for relationship and insights that no one has had the resources to so far

What do you like best? Good analytical platform and works well based on the data/access. What do you dislike? Currently, there are several issues with the Cognos reporting for IBM CoC-OMS solution. We struggled using the Cognos platform for holiday support. Currently there are gaps in keeping the system in sync or run reports on a timely basis.
