What do you like best? Amazing level of detail on audience demographics, very useful for marketing team to segment our customers. I tested a few different options and HYPR was by far the best in terms of depth and breadth of data. I can't see our marketing department operating without this ever again. What do you dislike? Comprehensive platform with fantastic customer service

What do you like best? HYPR has the most comprehensive features and is extremely easy to use. Onboarding is a breeze and I am getting tons of value. Amazing and professional experience!

What do you like best? Big fan of the design in terms of functionality and intuitiveness. Love the amount of data they provide on influencers, especially considering have data on influencers both large and small. Hyper target campaigns were very important for my team, so seeing things like top cities was super helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's just easy to use. There isn't any confusion about what the numbers are on the influencers it lays it all out What do you dislike? It has some bugs every once in a while when they roll out brand new features What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For more narrowly focused searches, the ability to drill down into topics can be not very specific. But this is almost certainly a function of a lack of data, rather than an issue in the platform.
