Please take this as a warning to all whom waste money on HGR ,as they are rip off merchants,take your money and will never get a refund,ripped me off of over £260.They almost got me banned from Amazon and Ebay.1000 items listed and sold small amount,not enough to cover my monthly costs.They will never refund you,so my advice,is stay well clear and don't get ripped of like myself.

This is a great structure system but everything else needs improving.

This is a great system, its got it's got some really great tools, and just the uploading tool itself is great, HOWEVER, I am constantly having to go through my prices (having over 500 items takes you about 2/3 hours due to the slowness of the server) as when you set your mark up price, its so random, no one on ebay would ever buy it from you, so I have to manually change this around 4 times a day, also a big flaw is that when the prices of the items change on amazon, half the time, the ...

HGR server and service issues

I had been using HGR for a couple of months as it was recommended by a friend but, later on there was issues with the software. Even with the computer still on there will be server issues and products will be sold for a cheaper price on Ebay leaving you in a loss. There is no quick contact to HGR just only by email and still will take a good few hours to respond to the email. Since November 2021 I have made numerous attempts via email .. (as they do not have phone or chat support at all) to cancel my subscription... Noone has canceled my subscription, or contacted me.. they have continued to take monthly fees from my account, and don't miss a beat in doing so! Hustle definitely got real...
