All of the versions, whenever you need them
What do you like best? The version control aspect means you never lose a previous version of a document you've worked on. The search function is also excellent. When you have a lot of workspaces in an organisation, it can be tricky finding the right workspace your file is in, but the ability to search all of your workspaces means that this is never an issues. What do you dislike? The fact that you can't amend a version when needed, like for instance if you accidentally save a copy ...

It also saves all versions of the document so that you don't have to be confused as to the most recent version. What do you dislike? As this software automatically updates your document to the most current version, you cannot have coworkers edit simultaneously. Recommendations to others considering the product: Huddle is very user friendly ...

Pretty good collaboration software...
What do you like best? Huddle makes it easy to collaborate with coworkers by reducing endless email chains and keeping projects focused. The sharing feature lets multiple people work on the same project in one central space. It's online, so it's always available. What do you dislike? The interface is kind of annoying. There always seemed to be changes, but usually in the realm of taking away features that I actually used. Some of my coworkers who didn't have the app didn't always ...

Huddle Review
What do you like best? Easy collaboration with teammates. Great for backing up documents. What do you dislike? Not always the fastest service when opening or saving documents. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lots of back and forth through email - Huddle reduces that and allows collaboration within the document. Multiple versions of same document - Huddle allows you to maintain old versions of a document but only work off ...

Great service & support for a powerful product
What do you like best? We essentially had a personal assistant to help onboard our use of Huddle within our project team. He joined some of our project management calls, was regularly in contact, and helped us utilize Huddle in a well-rounded way that allowed us to explore different features and improve our project management capabilities. What do you dislike? As with any project management system, it's only as good as what you put into it. Our team wasn't so quick to adopt and that ...
