Holistic marketing platform for B2B startups
What do you like best? Intuitive UI with great pre-designed dashboards that show performance and results of different marketing activities. What do you dislike? The numbers between dashboards are sometimes misaligned. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead generation and conversion optimization. HubSpot can help us identify which channels and mediums are most effective for conversion so we can strategically focus on them.

Marketing Automation at its finest
What do you like best? The ease of putting workflows, landing pages, and emails together. As I've become more comfortable digging into templates, I have also found the design tool to be not as scary as initially thought. What do you dislike? The disconnect between the Sales and Marketing functionalities We use Hubspot as our CRM and it would be helpful is the two were a little more compatible. The reporting capabilities aren't quite where we need them to be. It is getting better, ...

Automate & centralise your work!
What do you like best? In one word: inter-connectivity. HubSpot can be your CRM, email marketing management tool, social media tool etc. And all that is connected together. Go Pro and you can even take advantage of automation tools - emails, workflows... it's so much of it to just put it all here! It works miracles if your work includes lead generation. What do you dislike? HubSpot's project management tool is probably my biggest dislike, it's limited in what it can do. There is no ...

The end-to-end marketing patform, providing you with great in-depth experience
What do you like best? First things first, Hubspot is very easy to use. The capacity to adapt existing landing pages, create very professionnal emails without help of the Design department in most cases is absolutely great. This give a amount of flexibility and reactivity that every marketers aims at! Also, I just love the way Hubspot is structured and how different components fit with one another (landing pages, emails, campaigns, workflows..). The platform's user experience as well ...

The best user experience across all marketing automation platforms.
What do you like best? One of my favorite things about HubSpot is their support team. I love that I can immediately chat with support while I'm working on a project. I don't have time to hunt down questions on a support forum or email and with 24 hours for someone to help. This is worth it's weight in gold. What do you dislike? I don't like how complex the tiered pricing can be. I can never remember what is included in a client's instance of Marketing Hub and constantly have to ...

Make your life easier by working with HubSpot.
What do you like best? I like that my digital agency can all complete our work using this one program. They are also very responsive when we have questions for them which makes the user experience even better. I like that when you make changes in HubSpot for social media it automatically updates on the platforms as well What do you dislike? I don't like the limitation on size/number of accounts. I work in social media specifically and the design of the platform is not very agency ...

HubSpot has given us the runway to scale quickly
What do you like best? The flexibility and capabilities within Workflows have provided a great deal of benefit to our marketing strategy. What do you dislike? HubSpot as an ESP has been a pain point. There are very limited, to no, insights on reputation and other useful metrics for email deliverability. Recommendations to others considering the product: Think carefully about what you want to integrate into HubSpot vs having HubSpot manage. What problems are you solving ...

Hubspot gets the job done. And at this point it's the demon you know versus the one you don't!
What do you like best? I like that Hubspot integrates with almost all my other tools. What do you dislike? Sometimes things don't work the same two days in a row. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Staying in contact with leads and customers.

Digital Marketer
What do you like best? I like the ability to be able to personalize our marketing emails using both smart rules and dynamic content. HubSpot email workflows are also very easy to create and offer a lot of versatility. What do you dislike? I find that generating lists takes a long period of time. I also dislike the fact that you are unable to customise emails for both mobile and desktop, to optimise your emails for both platforms. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Intuitive, easy to use, and complete
What do you like best? HubSpot is very intuitive. It's always very easy to figure out how to do things in HubSpot, and if you can't, help articles are always useful and easy to find; plus support is just an email, chat or phone call away. The team is very responsive and usually go beyond what you expect. I'm always discovering neat little features that make my life easier. What do you dislike? Social media reporting is not robust. Twitter somehow never shows impressions. It's a bit ...
