Lots of Automation, Good UI
What do you like best? There's a lot you can do, even if you don't have technical or coding knowledge. And the integrations with other technologies and reporting capabilities are pretty stellar! What do you dislike? It can be a little overwhelming and/or overly complicated at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use HubSpot to work better as a marketing team (we're spread out all over the country) and also to automate ...

It's been really useful, particularly for social media.
What do you like best? I think being able to use your calendar view for social is really useful, as we always want to see an overview of how much social we've got going out each week/month. And the fact you can see all your social in one calendar (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook etc.) Whereas in Hootesuite each account has a different calendar so we have to keep switching to see. I also really like being able to build landing pages. This has become really useful in COVID when we have ...

What do you like best? Scheduling & campaigns builder - easy to navigate and tweak What do you dislike? Would be great to get more SoMe reporting insights - especially from the best performing content (would be great to have that for TW too) Recommendations to others considering the product: One of the best tools out there What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Social media management all in one - scheduling, monitoring, ...

HUbSpot Social Tools Save Valuable Time
What do you like best? The ability to bulk schedule content. It saves a lot of time. The access to Shutterstock media library. It offers lots of great imagery. The social media calendar gives a great oversight of scheduled and published content. The reports give great visibility of content performance across networks. The visual representations make it easy to digest the information. The ability to set up and track campaigns make it a lot easier to keep on top of ...

Huspot Makes Automation Easy--Just Not Cheap
What do you like best? Super user friendly, support is top notch. We still use Salesforce as our source of truth for data, but Hubspot makes the automation and manipulation of the data so much easier than other options. What do you dislike? Costs and multi-tier pricing system are frustrating when you're getting into the software, you end up needing more than you think and it isn't cheap to upgrade. Had to negotiate quite a bit to get price down already, but good that they were ...

Extremely powerful but not perfect yet
What do you like best? Social Media post programming, flux control and crm integrations. What do you dislike? Some Social Media Platforms are missing: Instagram First. Second one, the lack of a desktop application. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Social media post programming, performance of capturing form, pop-up instrument/builder, automate processes in general.

User friendly service
What do you like best? I like being able to preview my posts before I post them. What do you dislike? When there are bugs that prevent us from posting on our social media platforms for the day. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving file storage problems in a big way in HubSpot. A great benefit has been the analytics feature.

Excellent solution with good user experience for a digital company
What do you like best? All in one: Social Media, Forms, Landingpages - all reviewed with analytics functions, which is very helpful in Marketing. What do you dislike? Some things are not yet fully developed. For Example: The analytics tool can do a lot, but they are not quite the same as the social media analytics that you find directly in the social media section. The campaign overview is not quite mature. An analytics-like structure of all results at a glance would help a lot. ...

A smooth, hassle-free Marketing tool
What do you like best? What I like the most about the Hubspot Marketing Hub is its easy-to-use interface, and the functionalities that they offer for social media. What do you dislike? I've been using the Hub for over 8 months now and I haven't found anything I don't like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling social media posts no longer require me to go to every single application and create a post. I can do it in ...

One place for all my marketing needs
What do you like best? I like having one home for my marketing. I rely heavily on email marketing and being able to create lists, link to calendar invites, and see reporting on each campaign has been so helpful. What do you dislike? There are a few features in workflows I wish existed-- for example I wish I could unenroll someone once they replied to my email. Or would auto-unsubscribe if they asked. I used a must cheaper software before this that handled both of those things. ...
