What do you like best? All of the automation capabilities for social as well as marketing activities What do you dislike? The social post functionalities could be improved. Easy to use all-in-one
What do you like best? For a all in one tool it's really easy to manage (and actually use all parts of it). Thats something that really stands out in the crowd. You can have all the tools in the world, but if it's not easy to use - your team will not use it. Thats NOT the case with HubSpot Marketing Hub. Easy to use with access to great tools.
What do you like best? The social features including scheduling and reviewing posts. What do you dislike? the lack of analytics that is not available in the dashboard. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lead capturing was a huge target for us that we are now able to tackle with the marketing hub.

Easy to Use Platform
What do you like best? Hubspot is an easy to use platform with lots of functions. And if you ever need help, there is a great help section. Their customer service is top-notch as well. Schedule with peace of mind.
What do you like best? One of my favorite things about Hubspot is that you can schedule for multiple social posts at once. Not having to flip back and forth for Instagram, Facebook and twitter saves me so much time. And now there’s a feature that lets you preview your post so you don’t have to wait and see how it looks:) What do you dislike? I think the social post layout is the most user friendly. Very User Friendly
What do you like best? In my first month of using HubSpot Social, I have found the process of scheduling posts to be very easy to use and extremely efficient. I love being able to post to multiple accounts and the social post bulk upload feature is a time saver! HubSpot has streamlined our entire process! HS Marketing Hub allows me to target specific customers, or all of them, in one shot.
What do you like best? The ability to group my customers based on need, industry, etc, and then send out a catered message based on any of the above. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the integrations across different aspects of marketing - ads, blogs, creation of landing pages, social media, SEO recommendations & topic research. I have used Hootsuite and other tools for social media management but have never found them as simple and powerful as Hubspot marketing hub. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The ease at which I can schedule content. Its a very straight forward and easy to use platform. It also suggests good times to post in the day which is useful when trying ti increase your followers or gain traffic online. Also the set up of the social page is very clear and easy to follow.
