Customer Service Is Terrible
When I decided to go back to a previous platform I had been using, and wanted to cancel Hubspot, I missed the billing date by ONE DAY. They refused to provide a refund, despite the fact that I had cancelled the monthly auto-renewal. I find this to be very poor customer service. $500/month is a chunk of change, and having to pay it for a service I won't be using for the next 30 days is irritating. Expensive, frustrating UX, incompetent support, unwilling to provide refund even when facing tech issues..
HubSpot does kind of everything, but nothing properly at the same time. UX is confusing - same feature looks / works differently in different places of the product, the way it works is very counter-intuitive. When we faced technical issues (capturing activities from emails, API delays), their support responded with unrelated help articles, even though issues were caused by bugs. Dont use this page, I wasted my time to make template, submit mail sending, it was processing few hours. when I checked again it was saying i never created aby mail etc like new account agian, I received at same mail I login that my mail sending is in process but later empty account history

If you have two tabs open of the same email draft and inadvertently switch to an older version in one of the tabs, any progress made gets overwritten by the content of the older tab upon refresh. If you are a small business
If you are a small business, steer clear of them. You will quickly exceed their flexible limits, and the next tier of features will cost you around $6k/year for basic features, locking you into annual contracts. There's no extension of the trial period (except for a week or so), and no option to cancel your plan if you decide it doesn't work for you after 2-3 months. They want to force us to overpay
we are still on trial and advised us to take 12k contact without telling us non marketing contact doesn't count. I would expect to be able to change that before we pay and activate the pro version, but they let the trial expire without giving us the option to select 7k while it has become obvious that we will never need that many.

"Seamless integration"
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub? I've used several CRM platforms in my sales career (Redtail, SalesForce, SalesForce FSC, Zoho, and others) and am just using HubSpot for the first time. I'm super impressed with the seamless integration of HubSpot with Fathom for capturing note and video and attaching them to the contact with no additional effort on my part. I'm much more productive as I don't have to take notes and enter them into HubSpot manually.

They preach, but don't implement their own gospel
Terrible experience with their sales team. It's actually laughable that their sales reps don't execute on the very basic sales steps. How on Earth do you not have a better lead management system and training in place?
