What do you like best about Hubilo? The overall support from Sales and Operation throughout the event. Our CSM Vidhi was very helpful, supportive and made sure our event went well without any glitches. What do you dislike about Hubilo? It was the reporting system, which needs to be improved for lead retrieval. The report should include all the details of the attendees What problems is Hubilo solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Hubilo? The Ux is pretty easy to navigate with a clean interface. The customer support we have received from Hubilo is helpful and efficient as well. Deep has been answering to our queries in a timely manner. What do you dislike about Hubilo? I have to toggle between dashboards to update details of an event. What do you like best about Hubilo? The way we were guided throughout the entire prep process and that Rabijit was available to us throughout the entire event. "A user friendly platform with great customer support"
What do you like best about Hubilo? The layout is very intuitive for the conference attendees - the Zoom video embeds well and the sponsor/exhibitor booths are a great alternative to in-person events. Also the customer support is great - I can send a message to Deep and he will respond quickly and action the request. It makes such a difference to have a real person to talk to!
