What do you like best about HR Acuity? The implementation team was very flexible and listened t our needs and configured the system. Additionally, they were very good at communicating training so everyone understood how to sue the system.

What do you like best about HR Acuity? HR Acuity is designed for ER and internal investigations. We are able to use it off the shelf without expensive and time consuming customizations. The team is very reponsive to our needs and listens to our inputs when designing the roadmap for future features. The tool has helped us improve consistency of documentation and helps team members follow our internal processes since the steps in the tool match our process.

The involved party history is extremely helpful as it gives you immediate insite into previous cases the involved parties have been involved in without having to go search for that information.
