Buyer beware
This is a good system for someone that sits at their computer and someone that has alot of time to message back and forth with support for a couple of days to get an issue resolved, if you can get a resolution. They would rather give you options that take more time from you running your company so they don't have to change and or evolve the system to make things more efficient and give all the information that you need to see in the system. Software incomplete
We started doing business with house call pro in July and the services that they offer sounded excellent and met the needs of our business. However there were various glitches every now and then where we were not able to see the jobs that we had that day or in the days surrounding. This App Sucks from a Property Owner's Perspective
I gave them 2 stars, only because I am reviewing as a client of a company who uses their software for his cleaning business. It's a shame because the cleanings themselves have been good, but the software limitations of Housecall Pro (and whoever enters our cleaning schedules) have left us frustrated on the management side. We've been with this cleaning service for over 3 months. We own 2 vacation rentals they service, and this app and its limitations have resulted in missed services (yes ...

good for a one man show
good for a one man show, service plans stink on this site, the credit card billing is poor, they hold on to your funds, the billing is sketchy, I do not recommend this platform, unless you are a one man operation. there are better options out there, dont sell yourself short, stay away

Do not use this software
Do not use this software. There customer service is horrible and credit card processing they use is horrible. they use a company called stripe. I am having the same issue that others have had with them and i ignored it. Now they are holding onto 800 dollars worth of credit card transactions. Stay away from this company.

Very poor customer service and…
Very poor customer service and dishonest billing.They changed my account to an upgraded plan, without authorization, and blatantly refuse to allow phone contact from a representative.This issue has been reported to our bank, who is handling the claim on it, and to our company attorney.I would not recommend HouseCall Pro to anyone given my experience with this low end dishonest provider.

Housecall Pro has made our business much more organized!
What do you like best? We really like the cloud based application that we can utilize anywhere that we have a computer, tablet or phone available. The customers really like the ability to pay invoices right from their emailed invoice. The organization of our customers in one place that is accessible. What do you dislike? Amazing Field Service App
What do you like best? There are plenty of great services with House Call. #1 the notification to customers is incredible, as it texts and emails the customer, covering both routes of communication. The app also lets you to invoice the customer and take payment on the spot as well. What do you dislike? Housecall Pro
What do you like best? I like how it automatically saves most changes or scheduling that is done. Everything is made easy for the vendor. What do you dislike? How it does not send a reminder of who has not paid. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The problems that are being solved are scheduling , organization and payment from clients. I realized it makes a clear schedule and it very easy to schedule out the week.
