Using HouseCall Pro has helped our…communication with the customers and job tracking

Using HouseCall Pro has helped our company keep up with our customers and track what has been done and with previous work when we have to go back to do another job with a customer. Helps keep business flowing even while away from the office, which frees up so much time to focus on other things that have to be done. I think the communication between the company and the customer has grown tremendously and I know it’s all due to HouseCall Pro!!

The Perfect Service App

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love that HouseCall Pro is a mobile-first application. No need to log on to the web for it to work. Our techs can now accept credit card payments and everything is updated in real time. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It lacks reporting functionalities. Deceptive reply, you stole my money and didnt refund any of the overcharge. Your response implies corrective action. You know darn well you kept my money so I will resort to other measures:

I sign up for a trial and requested information from someone on 4.29.21 but got no reply over a 48 hour period. I requested a cancellation on 5.1.21 and someone called trying to stall my cancellation. I looked at my credit card and they had charged $99.00+$331.00. I told the guy what had transpired and due to their unethical behavior I wanted to cancel and was no longer interested. He said he'd look into and get back to me and he never did. Today I get a sorry ass message from Curtis ...
