We love housecallpro! We’ve used and tried other scheduling software, however, housecallpro is so easy to learn and the most user friendly and interactive, it’s probably saving us at least 8 hours or more a week because our technicians can enter notes to invoices in the field, instead of them sending them via notes/text to our admin person in the office and then them having to re-enter the same information (duplicated work) with our old system. I was very happy with the final outcome. Steven and McCoy did a fabulous job installing ceiling fans, outlets, a range hood, the power surge device in the circuit breaker, and outside lantern lights. They were professional and courteous and took the time to explain any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work.

I like most of the features of the program, but there are a couple of areas I would like to see improve. The schedule view is not as easy to follow as a calendar view, the proposal tool is hard to use from a mobile device like a tablet or phone, and the price book is clumsy to use.

Xmas Week Drain Clog

I recently prior to Xmas had drain problem. I called several plumbers, one (Petersen Plumb.) wanted $300 just to come out. Then I call T&M Plumbing later in the afternoon, and they called back next morning. I never got a call back from anyone else. He was out here and charged me $130.00 for the full service!
