A good VPN service, especially if bundled with Dashlane
I got it as a part of Dashlane premium. It used to have an inbuilt VPN connectivity provided by Hotspotshield or its parent company. They recently just gave us access to Hotspotshield directly. And I haven't had any complaints. I never felt the need to opt for any other services. A few servers are hard to connect to here and there and the auto option seems to only connect to the US, but it's fine. You can always choose your location as you wish.

Quick response and help
Today I sent an email to HotspotShield support. Less then an hour later I got an answer and a solution to my question. I thought that by sending an email I have to wait for days to get a response, but was I pleasenty surprised!

Worked with Louise V and Jan D on the issue of buffering while playing BBC iPlayer. They were both very helpful and quick to the resolution. I've been with Hotspot Shield for about 6 years. Very pleased with the few times I've needed help.

IP collision detected
I am still running Windows 7 on one of my computers, and for various reason want to continue with 7. Recently Hotspot Shield refused to work and I got a message "IP collision detected". I contacted the help facility and got a number of steps to try. After several "dead ends" the problem was solved by deleting the driver "Hotspotshield TAP-Windows Adapter V9" and installing "hsstap-windows-9.24.4-I601"
