Chat service fast
I had an issue with hotspot not working on my fire stick and went on chat. Was quickly given a new url to download the latest version and in a few minutes all was well again.

Quick and reliable support
I've been using Hotspotshield for close to a decade now, yes the service is great and I have at least used it from over 15 different countries across 4 different continents and the very few times I had issues is where their added value comes through. Quick and reliable support. A recent experience was with an unsupported router and tech support was on point.
