Hotspot Shield stopped working Windows 10, 64 bit laptop. Un-installing the Hotspot Shield app and re-installing the same worked !

First a precise bot and then an efficient agent Jehoshua
First a bot replying - very precisely on the issue and then got transferred to Jehoshua and he helped me through "step by step" checks and finally uninstall and reinstall guide that solved the problem. Good job Jehoshua !!
