Hostfully has a very intuitive program…
Hostfully has a very intuitive program for STR owners. The layout of their program including their pipeline is very helpful. The best thing about Hotfully though is their customer service - very patient with even the most trying of customers (me lol) They are very responsive and easy to communicate with!

Hostfully team members are AWESOME!
Hostfully team members are great to work with and readily available. Love the different channels, integrations, template/triggers that allow for passive management of the day to day guest service.

Response time to on-site messaging is awesome! Makes taking care of issues a breeze while setting up a frustration free guidebook. I'm a 60 yr. old non-tech guy and have plowed right through the process!

What do you like best about Hostfully - Property Management Platform? Does a great job syndicating to multiple booking platforms What do you dislike about Hostfully - Property Management Platform? No unified inbox for multiple platforms (VRBO is the biggest hole), financial reporting is a bowl of spaghetti, no real internal task monitoring/metrics. What problems is Hostfully - Property Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you? Mass distribution to multiple channels

Hostfully has excellent customer service. They have helpful articles that are easy to use. Anytime we have had an issue we have or have been able to work with them to solve it.
