A nightmare

After 8 years in the business of managing holiday rentals, the experience with Hostfully is really a nightmare. I contracted with them for a year to get a discount already that was pretty expensive, and now I find myself spending twice as much time working instead of making things easier for myself and solving problems they can't handle. Hostfully successfully integrates all of our software and bookings into one. The chat button has articles for most of my questions and for the ones that I can't find, I can easily get a rep to answer in a timely manner.

Hostfully has a ton of features and functions and a lot of flexibility built in keeping in mind a variety of users. The platform is backed up by an excellent customer service team, folks who genuinely care about your business and willing to help. It is bit pricey if you have only few properties but overall I am very happy with the overall experience. Been using hostfully for close to 2 years now and would give a 5 star overall rating.

Hostfully has a ton of features and functions and a lot of flexibility built in keeping in mind a variety of users. The platform is backed up by an excellent customer service team, folks who genuinely care about your business and willing to help. It is bit pricey if you have only few properties but overall I am very happy with the overall experience. Been using hostfully for close to 2 years now and would give a 5 star overall rating.

The customer support great.

The customer support is great and they have prompt response times. However, the subscription is expensive.

Powerful PMS, great support team, and fantastic digital guidebook

The guidebook feature is GREAT for replacing physical books and answering common questions + being a resource for guest and cleaners or other team members. The PMS software is a powerful tool with a great list of features for hosts with a large number of listings or looking to scale
