The experience is great, I can manage almost all my properties at the same time and the customer service is wonderful which is what I value most. The integration process with VRBO we haven't been able to manage very well on our end but other than that it is great !

Kana Gordon has made my experience great. She is very personable and immediately made me feel like she cared about my success. She is very detail oriented in her explanations and directions. Right after a call, she sends a summary of the call with clear information so I can easily go back to review the content if I forget anything.I have been working very hard for the last year to learn the tools to help me automate my STR business and Kana has been most helpful!
