The extra effort that Hostfully goes through for their customers is just amazing. Our Onboarding Specialist, Kana, was an absolute pleasure to work with - she is so knowledgeable about the platform and STR in general, and just so easy to work with. Step by step and easy to learn

My experience with Hostfully was great, a large part due to Lauren Pike, who helped me with Onboarding.Lauren was very friendly and patient with me and I felt like she was my cheerleader the whole time.She made sure to answer all my questions and if she didn't know something right away she researched and got back to me ASAP. She made me feel capable and on top of my property. I was fully prepared by the time I went live and highly reccomend Hostfully!

Hostfully is an exceptional property management platform that empowers hosts to manage their own properties without the time commitment typically required of a traditional property manager. Its automation features are incredibly robust, and I especially appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with booking channels and the external tools needed to manage a property efficiently. Their onboarding team (especially Kana Gordon) and customer support is first in class.
