Farshad was really a great guide for getting us up and running with Hostaway. He answered our questions thoroughly and was very patient to make sure we understood things clearly. I highly recommend Hostaway
I highly recommend Hostaway. The onboarding alone is worth more than anything. In this day where most company are trying to be move away from customer service, Hostaway is not only opening access to thier phone lines but walk you through all the set up needed to use their platform. My onboarding guide Fatih was the best.

Joyce was amazing and I can’t recommend hostaway enough. Joyce walked us through the entire onboarding and by the time we finished we had a complete understanding of the platform. If I could give Joyce 6 stars I would!
