Fatih was very patient and assisted us…
Fatih was very patient and assisted us through every stage, always with a smile making the onboarding process easy and straight forward. As we got into the system lots of questions came up and Fatih was excellent and there for us at every stage to guide us to some lovely short cuts for things. Still a little bit to do until we are finished but feeling a lot more confident now.

Joyce was patient and thorough with us…
Joyce was patient and thorough with us during our onboarding. There was no rush and we were able to ask all the questions we needed to have answered. The software has a pretty high learning curve, but Joyce was a good jungle guide to make us comfortable after our sessions.
